Mr. Weingart, a member of the SharedLABS, Inc. Board of Directors. He has more than 28 years of experience as an Information Technology Executive in the financial services industry, most recently having been the Chief Information Officer of Vantiv, Inc.. Prior to this role he served as President of eCommerce, and Chief Product Officer for Vantiv.
He is a recognized payments technology leader, known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals, he offers a unique blend of executive acumen, global team-building, and product solutions, credited with strong ROI and operational improvement.
Before joining Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC, he served as Chief Technology Officer for First Data Corporation’s Merchant Services Division where he rose through positions including application development, DBA, and process design to take the role of Senior Manager, where he led complex systems implementations, Applications Development, and Product Management. He served at Citibank, Card Establishment Services. He serves as a Director of IP Commerce, Inc. He serves as a Member of the Cordys Board of Advisors and the Starview Technical Advisory Board. He maintains an active membership in the CIO Technology Executive Network and the Working Council of CIO’s. He holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York

Sue Quackenbush serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Vonage. She leads all aspects of Human Resources, including compensation, benefits, training, talent acquisition and development, and organizational development and effectiveness. Sue brings with her 26 years of experience, spending 18 years in human resources and eight years in corporate finance. Prior to joining Vonage, Sue was Chief Human Resources Officer at Presidio, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Quackenbush was Vice President of Human Resources at DMG Information & Events and earlier, Head of Human Resources, Global Banking & Financial Markets, for BT (British Telecommunications). Sue has also held executive roles at Thomson Reuters, R.H. Donnelley, Honeywell and Ford Motor Company. She earned an M.B.A. from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University

Kishore Khandavalli, award winning entrepreneur and experienced keynote speaker, founded SevenTablets in August 2012 and leads the company as CEO. Under his leadership, the company has established key partnerships with IBM and SAP and after just a year of operation, in 2013 SevenTablets placed as Finalist for the IBM Impact Award in Mobile Innovation. Prior to founding SevenTablets, Kishore was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2009 and 2010, and Wells Fargo Asian Business Leader finalist in 2010. Looking back to 2001, he founded iTech US, an Inc. 500 award-winning software consulting and business process outsourcing firm, steering it to become the third fastest-growing technology company in the United States and fastest in New England.
iTech US is projected to be a $100 million dollar company in 2016 with its 1,200-employees spread across its international headquarters in Burlington, Vermont and offices in Texas, New Jersey, Canada, and India. Prior to venturing into IT, utilizing a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering earned at the University of Akron in Ohio, Kishore worked as a research and development engineer at Enerfex, a technology think tank, where he developed a unique, patented technology to capture greenhouse gases and reuse them as industrial refrigerants.
When Kishore isn’t cultivating his teams of passionate thought leaders within the IT scene, as a licensed private pilot he enjoys playing in the clouds, community service, and being active in Dallas based Health Wildcatters. Furthermore, he is a devoted family man who places great value in spending time with his wife and two children

Vic started his career in the IT business development area for Burroughs Corporation.
After much success there, he moved on to join Comdisco, the largest independent IT leasing company as a Vice President, also earning many of the top business development awards during his tenure there. After 8 years with them, he had the opportunity to become the Founder and President of a captive leasing company for a publicly traded IT company, Pomeroy IT Solutions. Vic built the team, and they completed over $250mm in new leases prior to their sale to Provident Bank. Vic was able to bring the entire team to Provident and he became the SVP of the bank’s technology practice.
Today Vic is a Vice President with Summit Funding Group in their technology group.
He holds degrees in Computer Science and Marketing from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University

Mr. Sauls has serves as director of SharedLabs, Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Sauls has been a Managing General Partner at Exeter Venture Group, a privately-owned venture capital and private equity firm, since January 2000. Over the course of the same period, he has been a Managing Partner at AppleGold Investment Company, a private investment company. From February 2014 to March 2015, Mr. Sauls was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan. He served as Investment Chair on the College of Charleston’s Foundation Board from 2012 to 2015. From 2004 to 2014, Mr. Sauls was Senior Vice President at GenSpring Family Offices (formerly AMA Global), a privately-owned multi-family office. 2008 to 2010 saw him working as Managing Director of the Diversified Portfolio Group at Crawford Investment Counsel, an investment firm that manages significant assets for private and institutional investors. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Sauls was Senior Vice President of Client Account Management for Bessemer Trust, a private multi-family office. From 1994 to 1998, he was Associate Vice President of SunTrust Bank.

Responsible for providing strategic leadership to fast-growing software and digital services companies by working with the Board of Directors, management, industry leaders and analysts to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Mr. Cory provides excellent leadership in planning, development, organizational governance, implementing growth plans and evaluating and directing the organization’s fiscal function and performance.

Prior to SharedLABS, Andrews served as President & COO of Duos Technologies, as EVP of business development and sales, and member of the board for ShipXpress, Inc, a SAAS based logistics software company, until he led the sale of the company to GE in 2016, as CEO of Evans Data Corporation, CEO of Giga Information Group, CIO for CSX Corporation, and President GTE Health Systems. Andrews has a BS in Business and Finance from Whitworth University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Puget Sound.
Mr. Andrews is a senior executive with a record of success in achieving revenue, profit and business goals in early stage and large corporate environments both public and private. His success has spanned multiple industries to include telecommunications, health care, transportation and information technology.
Prior to SharedLABS, Tim was CFO of Mission Critical Electronics, a platform company consisting of Numar Power, Kussmaul and other brands focused on manufacturing, as a controller at Kholer, divisional CFO at Beemak Plastics, controller at Bravo Corporation, as well as in roles ranging from Internal Auditor to Asst. Corproate Controller of American Racing Equipment.
Tim graduated from California State Dominguez Hills with his Bachelor of Science in Finance, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and attended advanced leadership training at Oxford University, where he focused in International Business.
Responsible for leading corporate fiscal, finance, compliance and compliance functions, including advising the company and its board on company financial strategies and their implementation. Manages the the business unit of company Controllers & CFO’s and oversees the work of outside resources such as auditors and counsel. Our CFO will ensure that the company has the proper controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and is an “authorized signer”
As CFO Tim Rahman will lead SharedLABS, Inc accounting, finance, investor relations, audit, risk and compliance functions. With over 25 years of experience and a strong background in operations and senior management, Tim brings broad experience and disciplines across the entire business.
SVP Systems and Technology
Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Systems and Technology is responsible for leading corporate systems and technology operations and support, as well as infrastructure services, integration, and special projects.
Mr. Mane will serve as a Vice President, leading Managed Services Product and Sales Support for the company. Prior to this opportunity he served as Vice President of Service Operations for Presidio, a $2.8B IT Product and Services company. Prior to SharedLABS , Tony served as Director of Datacenter, Networks, & Security Portfolio at Computer Sciences Corporation, as Director of Network, Datacenter, and End User services with Unisys Corporation, and in leadership and executive roles at Ameripath, HBO, IDT, among others.
Known as a focused operator, team builder, and mentor with outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels, Tony has a successful track record in building and leading high performing operations and support organizations, in distributed, rapid growth, fault intolerant, and highly regulated markets. Tony studied at Montclair State University, in Montclair, New Jersey and holds professional certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and Project Management.

Jordan Murphy, SPHR, is a Human Resources Leader with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of Human Resources functional areas, from HR Generalist to Talent Acquisition Manager, and most recently, HR Director.
Jordan joins SharedLabs after a 20-year career in the Army National Guard’s Active Guard/Reserve(AGR) program.
Jordan was a pioneer in the use of HR data and analytics for fact-based decision making in Talent Management and Succession Planning, ensuring timely, objective staffing decisions, and improved HR Metrics throughout his organization.
Jordan also serves as a coach and mentor to the Veteran community, providing guidance and mentoring to currently serving members of the military, as well as those who will, or have recently separated.
