Accountant II

The Accountant II will perform accounting activities including but not limited to reconciling/analyzing accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, overseeing the AP process, supporting the monthly closings, calculating revenues and accruals, and financial statement preparation.  This position reports to the Corporate Controller, but must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment.  Candidate must be a team player, results driven, and able to identify and implement process change.

 

Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 2 + years of experience • CPA preferred... not required.  Must have strong Excel skills.

 

 

Senior Developer C, C++

High-energy, dedicated C developer with solid experience in TCP/IP internals, device drivers in *NIX environment

  • Specific knowledge/skills:
    • Must have 5+ years experience in C development with excellent knowledge of networking programming
    • Must have written or/and debug network device drivers or develop TCP/IP Internals components on Linux 2.4 & 2.6 Kernels. Experience with either SCSI, USB, XFS, IOCTL or other drivers a plus
    • Proven experience with gdb, kdb or kgdb tools to debug Linux code locally and remotely.
    • Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment is required
    • Solid Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and C++. 
    • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. snoop), network security issues (intrusion detection, denial of service attacks), and performance tuning are helpful.
    • Understanding of Solaris 9 or 10 device drivers, TCP/IP stack implementation, MDB or KMDB a plus.

Education:

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent education and or experience is required. 

                    Four years in the Armed Forces of the United States of America with an honorable discharge waives a degree requirement

M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred. 

 

 

Junior Developer C, C++

We contracted with Shared Labs to consult with our CMS development team on usability and mobile functionality best practices. They were able to identify possible usability issues with our mobile CMS menu structure, redesigned the menu navigation and moved our mobile CMS 3.0 into production. - J. Widdows
